Step One:
We begin by completing a golf specific functional movement screen.  This helps to identify stability and mobility patterns individual to you.

Step Two:
Using the information gathered from above, I will create an individualized programme designed to help address these areas.
Step Three:
We discuss together the best approach for you moving forward in your training,  I initially recommend a 12 week training period with me at my private fitness studio so that you get the best start and results.  After this we can work out what is best for you.
