I have been working with Mike since 2019, working on general fitness, flexibility and strength to help improve my golf swing.
With both his general expertise and as a Titleist Performance Institute practitioner I have both improved my fitness and strength, which has reduced my visceral fat as well as adding 20 yards onto my drive.

From the first session with Mike, I was amazed by the knowledge he had.  When I went to Mike first my flexibility and mobility was hindering my game more than I thought.  After just a few sessions, I was already seeing massive results out on the course in distance and control.

On top of that, all the little pains and niggles that I had previously whilst playing began to ease, Mike has not only made me a better player, he has also helped with injury prevention. I now feel I can practice and play with the freedom that my body will allow me to.

I have been seeing Mike for nearly 10 years! Our regime has always been around golf fitness but occasionally concentrating on fitness for skiing or trekking depending on the season! 

 

Training sessions have definitely helped my golf,  keeping me strong and flexible. As a result I have had golf successes at both club and county level. Just as importantly I remain injury free!

 

Mike ensures I am doing the exercises correctly and whilst he is very encouraging and motivational his routines are not punishing. I would definitely recommend him as a personal trainer for all abilities and ages.
